Zehara Nachash. Take a sensory journey deep into your body--discover
the ancient art of belly dance! From hip circles to shimmies you
will learn the basic moves universal in all styles of this beautiful
art. People of all shapes, sizes and ages welcome. It’s
a wonderful workout, and a joy to experience. You’ll be
amazed at how simple belly dance can be! Come learn the dance
created by women for women. No experience necessary. Take both
this class and any other class this term for a complete night
of dance and save $15! (Both studios are across the street from
each other.) Wear yoga pants or sweatpants and a fitted t-shirt;
bare feet are fine. Please bring a hip scarf to tie around your
waist by the second class; our fabulous instructor Zehara will

I really love the Belly Dance class! It has taught

Instructor
Zehara Nachash. . Integrate the movements you've learned
into a simple but powerful belly dance routine that you can perform
for family or friends. You’ll walk away from the class with
a wonderful feeling of accomplishment! Many students who have
progressed past the beginning class will elect to take both Bellydance
1 and this Advanced-Beginners' class; you can never practice basic
techniques too much, and the two-hour block provides an excellent
workout! In level 2, you'll learn faster rhythms and more complex
combinations. The use of finger cymbals (zills) will also be taught;
(students must have them by the second class; only a few sets
will be available to borrow).

Instructor Kristina Marley. Hip Hop is the cutting edge
of contemporary dance, and it’s also an electrifying cardio
workout. Inspired by the best choreography in quality music videos
and from the hottest current music, Kristina will take you through
each move step by step. Soon you’ll feel the power of the
dance, and you’ll be blown away by what you can do! Kristina
is a gifted choreographer and a supportive, encouraging and down-to-earth
instructor who knows how to bring out the best in you. No experience
necessary; adults of all shapes, sizes, colors and ages welcome.
What are you waiting for? Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers,
and bring water. This class will not repeat material from previous

Instructor Kristina Marley.OUT to Dance is thrilled
to offer a groundbreaking, exciting, sassy, body-affirming dance-oriented
beginners' fitness class especially for big gals and guys, by
popular request. You wanna move your sexy bodacious big body and
be healthy and have a blast, but maybe you don't want to worry
about being new at it, or maybe the gym doesn't excite you. Get
some cardio action while dancing to a wide variety of music; and
Kristina takes music requests! (Pop, hip hop, rock, disco, you
name it.) No choreography to memorize; no dance experience necessary;
and the moves are easy. This class is size-positive, perfect for
beginners, and ultra fun! (By the way, all our dance
classes are 100% welcoming to adults of all sizes and

Your Best Dance Ever:
a new 3-session semi-private workshop on creative wedding
dancing.
Create your beautiful first dance in just 3 weeks! You'll look
forward to Wednesday nights and your first wedding dance once
you experience this fun, amazingly informative and exciting semi-private
workshop. Bring your slow or mid-tempo song (or songs) in any
genre; any kind of music is danceable! Join us for three Wednesdays
8-9 pm in our Roslindale studio. You'll leave with a believable
personalized dance, uniquely yours, ready for the big day! (Hint:
no memorized choreography necessary: you'll leave with a toolbox
of natural well-executed movements and spins, initiated by your
new leading and following dance skills.) Absolutely no dance experience
needed. Space is limited from two to four couples; register early
